Back to work :(
If there's one thing that can always get in the way of exercise it's work, I've had a great 9 day period of not working but fell straight back to reality today with the worst shift of my pattern, 11-7! I really do hate this shift, I have to leave home at around 9am and if I'm lucky I get back home around 7:30, today was OK as we were let out early and I got home at 7:20 which allowed me to jump out for a quick run with the Wife. I even managed a 2011 pb for the mile.
Run - 1 mile - 10:43 - Av HR 160bpm (86%) - Max HR 178bpm (96%) - 173 calories burned.
Oh and I dropped below 100kg today too, so I'm very very happy :)
