Training has pretty much gone to pieces this week, a combination of child care and work have taken over from gym and sweat.
I did help my Mum move home on Saturday though and had a trip to the local refuse dump today, both of which were very sweaty and hard jobs, does this count as proper exercise? I guess it will have to for this week.
Will have to get back on it in a big way this coming week, I have around 10-20 kg to drop before September to get ready for Armageddon and the Dunmow Triathlon.
